ELE TAXI is the only taxi company in Warsaw that operates the Call Center 24 hours a day and has an agreement with Chopin Airport for passenger service – from parking spaces located at the main exits of the arrivals halls. Thanks to this, our taxis can pick up customers from areas inaccessible to other carriers.

To improve passenger service, ELE TAXI has opened customer pickup points in the arrival hall areas (Terminal 1 and Terminal 2) operated by trained employees with passes issued by PPL. Thanks to this, it is possible to efficiently provide the pick-up service for a passenger who wants to use a previously booked taxi waiting just before leaving the airport without any problems (and without queuing).

If you are afraid of queues for taxis or want your guests to reach their destination comfortably, order an individual pick-up service “with a card”.
