Regarding the Processing of Personal Data by ELE TAXI POLSKA – CENTRUM OBSŁUGI KLIENTA Sp. z o.o. for the Purpose of Signing and Executing Agreements

This information pertains to the personal data of employees and associates of the clients of ELE TAXI POLSKA – CENTRUM OBSŁUGI KLIENTA Sp. z o.o., which is provided by these clients, particularly for the purpose of facilitating all business contacts to conclude and execute agreements between ELE TAXI POLSKA – CENTRUM OBSŁUGI KLIENTA Sp. z o.o. and its clients.

Taking into consideration the above, as well as our commitment to appropriately managing the personal data of our partners, and in compliance with the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), in particular, Article 14 of the GDPR, we would like to inform you as follows:

The controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer whom you can contact via email at ido@eletaxi.pl or in writing at the address: Siedzibna 22, 03-317 Warsaw. You can contact the Data Protection Officer for all matters related to the processing of personal data and the exercise of rights associated with data processing.

Your personal data, including your first name, last name, contact phone number, email address, job title, and workplace, will be processed for the purpose of signing and executing activities resulting from the agreement related to the provision of transport services by ELE TAXI POLSKA – CENTRUM OBSŁUGI KLIENTA Sp. z o.o. and its partners as part of the nationwide taxi network “Taxi Polska 19100.”

The legal basis for processing your personal data is as follows:

  • Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, indicating that processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
  • Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e., processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller, mainly manifesting in:
    • Establishing contact for matters related to agreement execution.
    • Cooperation and supervision of the services entrusted to us in accordance with the Agreement.
    • For evidentiary purposes and for the purpose of pursuing claims related to the business activities.

The collected personal data may be disclosed to authorized public entities and authorities for the processing of personal data in accordance with the applicable law and to authorized employees of the Controller. Additionally, access to personal data may be granted to service providers with whom appropriate agreements have been concluded for the purpose of processing data on behalf of the Controller. Such recipients may include law firms, accounting and auditing offices, advisory and IT service providers, as well as postal and courier companies and document archiving service providers. The aforementioned recipients will only process the entrusted data to the extent necessary to provide the service commissioned by the Controller.

Your data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.

The data retention period is the time necessary for the execution of the agreement. Additionally, your personal data may be stored after the agreement’s expiration to fulfill the Controller’s legal obligations (e.g., tax or accounting regulations) or for the time necessary to secure or pursue any potential claims in favor of the Controller or against the Controller.

You have the right to access the content of your data and the right to rectify, erase data in justified cases, restrict processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for data protection, i.e., the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you believe that the processing of personal data violates GDPR regulations.

Providing your personal data is necessary for signing and executing the provisions of the agreement.

Your personal data is provided/transferred to us by the client, ELE-Taxi Polska-Centrum Obsługi Klienta Sp. z o.o., which is obliged to inform individuals whose data is affected about the scope and reasons for such transfer.

Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling.
