Regarding the Processing of Personal Data by ELE TAXI POLSKA-CENTRUM OBSŁUGI KLIENTA SP. z o.o. for the Purpose of Signing and Implementing an Agreement

This information applies to the personal data of employees and associates of ELE TAXI POLSKA-CENTRUM OBSŁUGI KLIENTA SP. z o.o.’s contractors. The data is provided by the contractors to enable all necessary business contacts for the purpose of concluding and implementing an agreement between ELE TAXI POLSKA-CENTRUM OBSŁUGI KLIENTA SP. z o.o. and its contractors.

In compliance with the provisions of the European Parliament and Council of the European Union Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), particularly Article 14 of the GDPR, and taking into account the proper management of the personal data of our business partners, we would like to inform you as follows:

The controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer whom you can contact via email at ido@eletaxi.pl or in writing at the address: Siedzibna 22, 03-317 Warsaw. You can contact the Data Protection Officer for all matters related to the processing of personal data and the exercise of rights associated with data processing.

Your personal data, including first name, last name, contact phone number, email address, job title, and workplace, will be processed for the purpose of signing and implementing actions resulting from an agreement. The subject of this agreement is the provision of transport services by ELE TAXI Polska sp. z o.o. and its Partners as part of the nationwide Taxi Polska 19100 network.

The legal basis for processing your personal data is as follows:

Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, which indicates that processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e., processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller, mainly:Establishing contacts related to the performance of the agreement.
Cooperation and supervision of the services entrusted to us in accordance with the Agreement.
For evidentiary purposes and to pursue claims arising from business activities.
The personal data collected may be disclosed to public bodies and authorities authorized to process personal data in accordance with applicable law, and to authorized employees of the Controller. In addition, access to personal data may be granted to service providers with whom appropriate agreements have been concluded for the purpose of processing personal data. Such recipients may include law firms, accounting offices, advisory and IT service providers, postal and courier companies, and document archiving service providers. The aforementioned recipients will only process the entrusted data to the extent necessary to provide the service commissioned by the Controller.

Your data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.

The data retention period is the time necessary to implement the agreement. Furthermore, your personal data may be stored after the agreement has expired to fulfill the legal obligation of the Controller (e.g., arising from tax or accounting regulations) or for the time necessary to secure or pursue any potential claims in favor of the Controller or against the Controller.

You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, erase data in justified cases, restrict processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for data protection, i.e., the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that the processing of personal data violates GDPR regulations.

Providing your personal data is necessary for signing and implementing the terms of the agreement.

Your personal data is provided/transferred to us by the contractor ELE-Taxi Polska sp. z o.o., who is obliged to inform the individuals whose data is concerned about the scope and reasons for such transfer.

Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling.
